The architectural direction was influenced by Tropical Modernism, Balinese, Hawaiian, and Indonesian style, but 5861 Gulf is uniquely designed for the gulf coast. These architectural influences guided the design team towards clean lines, honest construction methods, natural materials, rugged textures and an emphasis on breezes, natural light, outdoor living, and lush vegetation.
